thomas seems to reply to personal entreaties far quicker than official emails, my guess is that that&#039;s due to the large number of boneheaded emails from people who download their own theme a couple hundred times.  but yes, given the number of people who would volunteer to answer emails, it seems a shame that thomas is the only one doing it.  he does seem to be otherwise preoccupied.
